Here you will find all information about the shipment of your order from The English Hatter.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and public holidays.
SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
The English Hatter offers free standard shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium for orders over €125.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be charged. These vary by country and are shown in the table below.

Shipping costs vary between €15 and €30, depending on location. The exact costs will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address. |

DELIVERY
We do our best to deliver your order within the stated delivery time. During busy periods or in unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take a little longer.
If an order cannot be delivered or can only be partially delivered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In that case, you have the right to cancel the agreement free of charge.
We only ship to residential or business addresses in countries that are available during checkout.
It is not possible to deliver orders to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
If an error has been made in the provided address, we cannot be held liable for loss or delay.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes. These costs will be charged by the carrier and are the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code that allows you to track your package.
RETURNS
Do you want to return an item? You can easily do so within 30 days of receipt.

HOW DOES RETURNING WORK?
Returns are processed via our return portal.
You log in with your order number and postcode, select the items you wish to return, and complete your request. You can then directly purchase a return label.
Pack your items carefully and drop off the package at a shipping point. Keep your proof of shipment safe until your return has been fully processed. You will automatically receive a message as soon as we have received and processed your return.
COSTS OF RETURNS
The costs for returning items are at your own expense.
The exact costs are shown in the return portal when creating your label.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items can be returned.
Discounts are not applied retroactively.
With tiered discounts, the discount will be recalculated if you return (part of) your order.
Any differences will be automatically refunded.
CONDITIONS
Items must be unworn and undamaged and, if possible, returned in their original packaging.
Use that goes beyond what is necessary to assess the product may lead to a reduction in value.
EXCHANGES
We do not exchange items online. If you want a different size or color, please place a new order and return the item you do not wish to keep.
However, you can exchange your item in one of our stores.
